Bereavement AdministratorMonday - Friday between 8am - 6pm Remote working - Leeds - You must be within 20 miles of Leeds and be able to get there once per month£12.09ph - 35 hours per week - 7th October start date 6-month temporary contract - lots of potential to be extended or taken permanent Are you looking for your next challenge? If so, then we would love to hear from you!We are looking for a number of temporary candidates to join our client in Leeds city centre on a remote working basis. Applicants must have experience in customer service, ideally within a FCA regulated environment and must be comfortable dealing with difficult situations. Here's what you'll be doing Validating documents and closing deceased customers account while supporting the family members at every step of the process Providing specialist bereavement support The role involves considerable contact with relatives and those associated with our late customer, Funeral Directors, Solicitors and relevant outside agencies. Working as part of a large and diverse team where everyone works together to achieve an excellent customer outcome As we're a regulated organisation, we need you to work within the appropriate regulatory frameworks we follow Being flexible in your approach and willing to get involved in other areas of the department where the customer needs us There are a few essentials you need to bring Excellent communication and listening skills The ability to empathise and understand customer situations Face to face or telephony-based experience in a customer services or support role Excellent PC skills including the use of Microsoft packages Experience of delivering on promises Flexible approach to suit the needs of customers & business Collaborative teamwork , working together to provide excellent customer service Familiar with the need for performance orientation and customer focus Practical understanding of policy and regulatory requirements Practical knowledge of the regulatory environment and ability to work within regulatory framework If this sounds like something you would be interested in then please APPLY NOW for an immediate telephone screening
