As a Behaviour Mentor in Waltham Forest, you will:

• Work closely on a 1:1 basis with students in EYFS and KS1, focusing on Autism support
• Collaborate with class teachers to ensure students stay on task and achieve their goals
• Uphold the school s high standards and reflect its values in your interactions
• Regularly liaise with senior staff and parents to track and support students' progress

Requirements for the Behaviour Mentor role:

• A minimum 2:1 Degree from a Top 20 UK University
• Strong academic background with excellent A-Levels and GCSEs
• Genuine passion for working with SEND/SEMH children
• Experience with young people is beneficial, though not essential

Role Specifics:

• Full-time, long-term position until July 2025
• PAYE rate of £95-£100 daily (Holiday Pay included)
• Immediate start available in Waltham Forest
