Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, attentive service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand's values.
• Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers.
• Assist the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide performance goals.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing new stock, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate product availability.
• Assist the Store Manager in analyzing sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in luxury retail, preferably in childrenswear or fashion.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.
• Excellent in providing customer service.

Offering:

• up to £32,000 annual basic salary based on experience.
