About the Role

We are seeking an Applications Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate and administrative IT services, ensuring their operational excellence, security, and alignment with strategic objectives.

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality digital solutions, maintaining service performance, and driving innovation to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT applications and services teams, ensuring they meet performance and security standards.
• Oversee the full life cycle of applications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
• Support budget planning and financial management for the applications portfolio.
• Develop and implement digital strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Manage third-party suppliers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, including disaster recovery planning for critical applications.
• Lead complex, high-impact projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing IT applications and service delivery in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate applications, IT security, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in strategic planning.
• ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent knowledge).
