Year 2 teaching vacancy - Northwich

Your new company An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Year 2 teacher to join a highly rated primary school situated in Northwich. This school is seeking an inspiring teacher to join their team for two terms starting 04/11/2024. This role will be within a mainstream primary setting who believe that "language development is critical to children's success in all areas of their lives. We provide a rich and varied language environment, where children are encouraged to express themselves and communicate effectively."
Your new roleAs a year 2 teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs and interests of your pupils. You will also work closely with your colleagues and the senior leadership team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the school. You will have access to excellent resources and facilities, as well as ongoing professional development and support.
What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role you will need to have:

  • Qualified teacher status.
  • An in-depth knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
  • Experience working within a KS1 setting, this is useful but not essential.
  • An up-to-date DBS or willingness to get one.
  • The ability to provide an inspiring, engaging and safe learning environment.
