To support our International Marketing team we are looking for a

B2B Brand Activation Working Student (m/f/d)

for the Munich location - fixed-term for up to 12 months, ideally 20 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop impactful growth driver catalogue, including the development of GWP, to support our businesses in accelerating retail sales at key moments throughout the year.
• Work alongside the Communications and Digital Team to provide customers with a communications toolkit they can personalize at ease and use to drive awareness and recruit on social media.
• Assist in the creation of sales folders and associated POSM for each quarterly sales cycle.
• Help develop merchandising tools aligned with the retail identity to enhance brand visibility within points of sale and improve the consumer shopping experience.
• Support in the organization of an annual convention that unites subsidiaries and distributors.

YOUR PROFILE

• Marketing studies
• Fluent in German and English. French would be a plus.
• Strong interest for beauty
• Can-do attitude
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Writing skills
• Curious about industry and competitor trends
• Solid analytical skills
• Problem-solver and solutions-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and a strong interest in technology, including video creation
