What you can expect

As a Working Student Global Project Management Office you are a part of our PMO team within the Global Project Management. Global Project management is managing STADA's new pipeline projects until market launch. Here you will actively support the project managers, administrate the existing project management tools, project plans, interactive reports and trainings. Together with the team, you will provide transparency on STADA's project management activities.

• You support the Global Project Management, especially the Project Management Office (PMO)
• You collaborate in development and maintenance of databases to track pipeline projects
• You collaborate in creation of reports and data analysis
• You create presentations, training videos and interactive training documentation
• You create and maintain project plans
• You maintain intranet and team webpages
• You prepare meetings and administrate access rights

Who we are looking for

• You are a student in natural sciences, economics, computer science or a related discipline with an information technology focus
• Ideally, you have experience with project plans, MS Project or MS Power BI
• It is an advantage if you have experience with databases
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office products
• You have very good analytical skills
• You bring very good English language skills, German is a plus
• The position is limited to 6 months
