Job Title: West London Speech andLanguage Therapist

Location: Regional Role, West London

Salary: Up to £40,000 (dependent onexperience)

Contract: Permanent, 50-week contract - Other contract options can bediscussed at interview

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am -5.30pm

What are we looking for?

We are keen to hear from enthusiastic, creative,and motivated Speech and Language Therapists of all levels. Wewould love to hear from those with SEN training andexperience.

These roles are extremely rewarding; however, werecognise that they can also be challenging at times, this is whywe ensure that our therapists are supported through regularmeetings/ touch bases with you team through regular group "huddles"and team lead check ins.

Speech and LanguageTherapists taking on this role will be responsible for supportingservices set up and intervention within Mainstream and SENsettings, building and maintaining rapport with school seniormanagement, and liaising with LCP senior management and team leadas required.

These settings will provide youwith the opportunity to carry out assessment, report and programwriting, and intervention-based working in support of Education,Health, and Care Plan OT provision along with execution ofspecialist, targeted and universal provision. Additionally, we havea central London clinic where we can also support with clinic-basedskills development.

At the London Children'sPractice, we pride ourselves on providing a workplace wheretherapists can learn, grow and achieve the best outcomes forthemselves and their clients. We provide several CPD opportunitieswithin the year to support the continued skill development of ourtherapists. Supervisor support is also provided along with ourwellbeing team to provide mental health and wellbeing supportwithin your working week if needed.

We're a thriving multi-disciplinary practice based inCentral London, providing services throughout Greater London. Weare rapidly expanding our Therapist Teams and have openings HCPCregistered, qualified Speech and Language Therapists in West,South-West and Central London.

MandatoryExperience:

  • BSc or MSc inSpeech and Language Therapy.

  • HCPC registration.

  • Right to work in the UK - sponsorship can beexplored for the right candidate.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a schoolsetting.

  • Worked within apaediatric setting.

  • Experience working with EHCP's and SLT Provisionin a school setting.

  • Experience working with complexbehaviours.
