Job Description
Warehouse Administrator Provide general administration support as required to aid the efficient running of operations. To keep accurate records of pallets to avoid financial exposure and liability. Proactively manage all stock movement documentation, in line with agreed process and procedures. To update the systems with relevant data - movement of cases /pallet transactions. To liaise with customers, haulier's and other departments within the company on all issues relating to the operation. Maintain storage database and schedules with no effect to the service levels and stock integrity. Escalate to the Warehouse Supervisor any issues that are likely to affect the performance of the department, site or relationship with the customer. To comply with Quality, Health and Safety procedures and to ensure a safe working environment for self and others What you'll need to succeed

Your new company
Hays are working with a large and well established business based in Market Drayton who are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a varied role within a fast-paced environment.
Your new role
As a Warehouse Administrator your role will involve:
- IT Literate includes Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills - able to keep all paperwork in methodical order and ensuring the correct paperwork is allocated.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbally and electronically) - must be able to communicate with the warehouse/Drivers and Office to make sure that all relevant parties are aware of arrival of deliveries to make the day run more efficiently.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Motivated and able to work under pressure with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team.
