VP of Sales - 3D Visualisation Tech for OEMs

Location: Manchester

Salary: £100,000-£120,000 base + £100,000 OTE + Stock Options + Corporate Benefits

Celsius are partnering with a rapidly growing 3D OEM visualisation software organisation based in Manchester that is redefining its market. Backed by multiple 7-figure Series 'A' funding and with two major OEM deals secured valued at £3-6M, this company has ambitious goals: to triple turnover by 2026, expand into the US and EMEA markets, and become Manchester's first tech unicorn.

About the Role:

As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth trajectory by building, developing, and motivating a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy, targeting both new markets and existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a world-class sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for domestic and international markets (US and EMEA).
• Build strong relationships with OEM clients and expand OEM partnerships.
• Deliver on revenue targets and help drive the company toward its goal of becoming a tech unicorn.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.

About You:

• Experience working with OEMs.
• A strong track record of building and scaling sales teams in high-growth tech environments.
• The ability to deliver exceptional results in competitive markets.
• Strategic vision coupled with hands-on leadership skills.
