Voids Coordinator, 6 Month Interim Contract, £300 - £350 p/day Inside IR35

We are working with a Local Authority in West London, committed to providing high-quality housing services for their residents. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Voids Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month contract.

Your new role

As a Voids Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the voids process, ensuring that vacant properties are turned around efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with various teams to minimise void periods and ensure properties are ready for new tenants in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a similar role within a housing or local authority setting.
• An expert in Excel with excellent knowledge of VLook Up is essential.
• Experience in NEC
• Experience of Energy Angels uploading properties and raising tickets to resolve energisation issues.
• Able to manage changing priorities.
• The main point of contact for contractors, trade employees, customers, and stakeholders regarding void properties.
• Liaising and communicating effectively with stakeholders and service providers.
• Information management and providing accurate updates on the voids progress.
• Manage the coordination and scheduling of all voids.
