Job Description
IT Support Engineer (Onsite, 3-Month Contract)

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience and a VIP support background to join our client's team in Central London. This onsite role is an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension.

Key Details:
  • Location: Onsite, Central London
  • Shifts: Rotational (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM | 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
  • Rate: £250 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella contractors only)
  • Languages: Fluency in French is a plus
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Service Desk experience, supporting users remotely and managing tickets via an Incident Management tool
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows platforms)
  • Windows OS support (Windows 7 & 10)
  • Microsoft Office 365 (desktop & admin support)
  • Azure administration & support
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with a professional, well-presented demeanor
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail
  • Service-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in 1st to 3rd Line Support
  • VIP support experience within Finance is essential
  • Azure experience is required
