Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Vice Principal - Quality - The Role:

As Vice Principal - Quality, you will provide strategic leadership to enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and student outcomes across the college. You will lead quality assurance and compliance functions, ensuring the college meets regulatory and funding requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will manage complex projects, drive cultural change, and inspire colleagues to achieve ambitious goals.

Vice Principal - Quality - Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive a culture of continuous quality improvement, ensuring an outstanding learning experience for all students

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, including self-assessment, external quality reviews, and action planning

- Use data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and performance management

- Lead, manage, and develop key professional support teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

- Oversee budget management and resource allocation, ensuring value for money and operational efficiency

- Contribute to curriculum development, using data-driven insights to meet learner needs and market demands

Vice Principal - Quality - You:

- A degree or equivalent professional qualification

- Significant senior management experience in Further Education, with a proven track record of leading quality improvement, quality assurance, and compliance

- In-depth knowledge of the FE sector, including funding methodologies, quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements

- Extensive experience in data analysis, performance management, and strategic planning

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders

- Experience managing large budgets and resources, ensuring effective financial planning
