What you'll be doing as VAT Accountant:
  • Prepare and submit UK VAT returns, overseas VAT/GST returns, and assist with annual Capital Goods Scheme adjustment.
  • Ensure data integrity, advise on Import VAT and duty, implement system changes, and prepare corporation tax return.
  • Manage Tax Helpdesk, maintain guidance, improve processes, deliver training, and maintain technical expertise.
What you'll need to offer: As an experienced tax professional you would bring ideally an accountancy and / or tax qualification, but candidates with strong experience in VAT and tax would also be of great interest.You'll have expertise in tax legislation and strong analytical abilitiesExperience of working within a large complex organisation would also be helpful, but not essential.Please apply online or get in touch with Lucy Rider for more details.
