UX Researcher Senior

Senior UX Researcher vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technology sector.

Your tasks:

• Designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies across the product life cycle
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize research needs
• Delivering impactful research insights that inform product and business strategies
• Scoping, planning, and executing research studies in alignment with business goals
• Presenting research findings through compelling narratives that drive stakeholder action

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years of UXR experience with a proven impact on product design and development
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative UXR methods like interviews, usability testing, or surveys
• Strong ability to identify and prioritize research needs in collaboration with product teams
• Deep understanding of product development processes and stakeholder collaboration
• Proficiency in communicating research insights through storytelling and data visualization
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, or Anthropology, along with a Masters Degree in Tech, or equivalent practical experience
