UKG Functional Consultant is needed for a long term contract in Sweden

We are looking for a UKG Pro (Dimension) Functional Consultant. The task will be to lead a implementation, configuration, and integration of UKG Pro during a key transformation phase. This role involves working closely with HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure a seamless and optimised system.

Other tasks will be: Lead UKG Pro implementation, process optimization, and third-party integrations. Configure UKG modules, troubleshoot issues, and provide best-practice recommendations. Support data migration, compliance, and automation initiatives.

Skills and Experience needed:

-Certified UKG Pro Consultant (HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits).

-2+ years of experience in UKG Pro Dimensions/Kronos WFM implementation.

-Expertise in UKG Pro configuration, integration, APIs

-Strong knowledge of workforce management, payroll processing, and compliance.

Good to have experience with:

-Experience with SQL, XML, BI tools (Cognos, UKG BI), and reporting (preferred).

-Familiarity with SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM, or ADP is a plus.
