Transportation Operations Coordinator - Import/Export

Transportation Operations Coordinator vacancy requiring profound Import/Export knowledge for a globally operating Neuchâtel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Monitoring EU inbound and export shipments operations from the plants to DCs/RDCs and distributors on export markets
• Overseeing LLP IDOCs issues resolution as well as participating in the QBR and performance management of LLP and LSPs
• Conducting comprehensive investigations of deviations and cases in collaboration with QA GDP and LLP to determine CAPAs for commercial and non-commercial shipments
• Maintaining master data on SAP LES module and GTS while also supporting internal and external quality and SOX audits
• Being responsible for the daily invoicing and contributing to freight audit and monitoring for transportation activities
• Providing support regarding customs and trade compliance topics

Your experience/knowledge:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics management
• A thorough understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions as well as logistics and transportation processes, especially in pharmaceutical markets
• Knowledge of GDP requirements and supply chain systems like SAP LES/MM/SD or BI
• Ability to operate cross functionally, collaborating with operating units, commercial business units, global quality and business partners
• Academic degree in supply chain management or equivalent is an advantage
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
