Training & Engagement Co-ordinator
UK-based - remote (with occasional fully imbursed travel in Scotland and the wider UK and, where a candidate is England-based, expected occasional working from our client's Bristol office)

They are now looking for a Training & Engagement Co-ordinator to join their team on a full-time basis for a fixed term contract until April 2026, with the possibility of extension.

The Role

As a Training & Engagement Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our client's accredited and bespoke training programmes across Scotland.

Ensuring high standards of training delivery to professionals addressing domestic abuse, you will work closely with the Training Lead and Senior Training and Engagement Co-ordinator to support the planning, preparation and post-course activities.

You will liaise with trainers, manage course materials, and ensure all learners receive appropriate support throughout the process.

Additionally, you will:

- Develop relationships with trainers, steering groups and client organisations
- Co-ordinate training logistics such as meetings, accommodation, and course materials
- Manage online platforms
- Contribute to our client's project

About You

To be considered as a Training & Engagement Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience in training and/or event co-ordination
- Experience working in a projects-based team
- Experience dealing with customers and/or the general public
- Good customer service skills, including experience of issue management
- Administrative skills
