A leading provider of medical and dental equipment and engineering services is now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Service Engineer in Ireland.

This is an exciting time to join an organically growing company who are offering a rare opportunity of training on complex dental equipment!

As a Trainee Dental Engineer, you will benefit from a 12 month, comprehensive training plan offering one to one shadowing and support from a Senior Engineer.

Key Responsibilities as a Junior Service Engineer:

  • Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of dental equipment such as dental x-rays, autoclaves, dental units/chairs, compressors, aspiration systems.
  • Attending customer sites across a variety of locations in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with dental machinery, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver high-quality service to dental clinics and hospitals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all service activities.

Skills & Experience required to apply:

  • A qualification from college or univeristy in an engineering related discipline (eg Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Bioengineering, Physics etc.)
  • A genuine interest in working within the clinical field
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent writtena and verbal communication skills
  • Full driving license (travel required across the region).
