Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Trainee Account Manager with any relevant background within the pharmaceutical industry. This is an amazing long-term opportunity for an individual with 2+ years of experience in Quality Control (QC), Production, Research & Development (R&D), or similar role, who is eager to transition into a commercial role focused on sales and account management! All necessary training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time
• Provide exceptional customer service and support Identify opportunities for business growth and development

Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry (QC, Production, R&D, etc.)

• Ability to work on-site in Swindon 5 days a week
