Role Summary:

This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work with the Capital Markets and Active Asset Management teams at a leading digital asset management firm. You'll gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing digital asset space, contributing to the operations of proprietary trading, market-making business, and exchange-traded products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing operational models and financial reporting tools.
• Onboard new counterparties in line with fund and firm policies.
• Support portfolio managers and traders with transaction booking and performance monitoring.
• Review daily risk reports and assist in monthly risk and performance reporting.
• Participate in the creation and redemption process for physical ETF products.
• Reconcile digital asset custodian balances and manage asset movements.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and risk reduction.
• Support business development initiatives and onboarding of new external parties.
