Test Specialist TAP Migration

For TANGO Phase2 - Germany Migration from KOSMOS to TAP, we need an experienced tester with in depth functional knowledge on TAP to be able to meet the timelines and to be ready in time for migration of HAL.

Resource should be able to co-ordinate independently with releavent stakeholders.

Able to validate/ verify the user stories with minimal intervention with the developers (Already having in depth knowledge of the application and functionality)

With the following results:

1. Fully Tested Releases:
   1. Specific: Implement comprehensive testing strategy.
   2. Measurable: 100% test case execution and 95% pass rate.
   3. Achievable: Coordinate with the development team.
   4. Relevant: Ensure software quality and reliability.
   5. Time-bound: Next six months.

1. No Incidents After Releases:
   1. Specific: Enhance pre-release testing and incident management.
   2. Measurable: Zero critical incidents post-release.
   3. Achievable: Conduct thorough regression testing and monitor post-release performance.
   4. Relevant: Maintain user satisfaction and company reputation.
   5. Time-bound: Next six months.

1. Alignment and Full Coordination with Stakeholders:
   1. Specific: Establish regular communication channels.
   2. Measurable: Bi-weekly meetings and weekly progress reports.
   3. Achievable: Use project management tools.
   4. Relevant: Ensure project meets user needs and business objectives.
   5. Time-bound: Next three months.

• Relevant Knowledge: 5+ years of functional testing experience of TAP application, SDLC, Testing methodologies, Types of testing, Test planning and documentation, Defect management, Testing tools. (Overall 10+ years of experience in quality assurance.)
• Skills: Analytical, Attention to detail, Technical, Problem-solving, Communication, Time management.
• Competencies: Team collaboration, Adaptability, Critical thinking, Attention to process, Continuous learning.
• Desired Education Level: HBO or University, optional certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.), and relevant experience.
• Experience in the banking sector is required.

• Preference is given to candidates with a salary expectation between €60,000 and €80,000 per year, including 8.33% holiday allowance, based on a 40-hour workweek
