Test Manager (m/f/d)
Join us immediately part-time and full-time as a
/ Your tasks- Designing the organization, planning, control and monitoring of our cross-team test topics
- Defining test statistics
- Responsible for the documentation of the test architecture and monitoring compliance with test architecture standards
- Coordinating the test architecture with the enterprise and system architecture
- Developing roadmaps and implementing test architecture strategies, taking SAFe practices and principles into account
- Partner for our stakeholders (architecture, teams, release management)
- Support in the implementation of SAFe and continuous improvement of testing practices in the company
- Responsible for the test strategy, test methods and test tools
- You make a significant contribution to ensuring meaningful and risk-based test coverage and minimizing test duplications
- Providing technical advice and instruction to other team members
- Successfully completed university education (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in the IT field or completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification or comparable practical experience in the IT field
- Several years of professional experience as a tester
- Knowledge and practical experience with Tosca, Playwright, Selenium and whiteboard testing would be desirable
- Knowledge of the test architecture and design practice of software tests
- Experience in working with agile methods and SAFe is an advantage

- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn and highly motivated, open, visionary, self-organized, goal-oriented
