/ Your tasks

• Designing the organization, planning, control and monitoring of our cross-team test topics
• Defining test statistics
• Responsible for the documentation of the test architecture and monitoring compliance with test architecture standards
• Coordinating the test architecture with the enterprise and system architecture
• Developing roadmaps and implementing test architecture strategies, taking SAFe practices and principles into account
• Partner for our stakeholders (architecture, teams, release management)
• Support in the implementation of SAFe and continuous improvement of testing practices in the company
• Responsible for the test strategy, test methods and test tools
• You make a significant contribution to ensuring meaningful and risk-based test coverage and minimizing test duplications
• Providing technical advice and instruction to other team members

/ We expect

• Successfully completed university education (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in the IT field or completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification or comparable practical experience in the IT field

• Several years of professional experience as a tester
• Knowledge and practical experience with Tosca, Playwright, Selenium and whiteboard testing would be desirable
• Knowledge of the test architecture and design practice of software tests
• Experience in working with agile methods and SAFe is an advantage

• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and highly motivated, open, visionary, self-organized, goal-oriented
• An agile mindset and strong communication and teamwork skills round off your profile
