Principal Test Automation Engineer (SAP) - Hybrid/Germany

We're looking for an experienced Test Automation Principal to drive strategy, lead projects, and shape the future of test automation in the SAP landscape across Germany

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and scale test automation initiatives in SAP environments.
• Guide project teams and implement advanced testing strategies.
• Integrate test management into SAP CALM Application Lifecycle Management.
• Manage key partnerships with tools like Tricentis Tosca.
• Support pre-sales activities and build long-term client relationships.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP-focused test automation.
• Completed studies with an economic or technical focus
• Strong knowledge of Tricentis Tosca; familiarity with tools like Selenium, Playwright, or UFT.
• Project management and customer engagement experience.
• Fluent in German and English
