Job Description
Ongoing temporary finance role for a charity in Norwich processing invoices & credit control

Your new company
Hays Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be supporting this Norwich-based charity, who require temporary support from an experienced finance / accounts clerk to join their finance team on an ongoing temporary assignment.

Your new role
In this temporary finance clerk / bookkeeper job you will work closely with the wider finance team in processing purchase and sales ledger invoices, bank reconciliations, as well as have the confidence to follow-up outstanding payments in cedit collection.
You will also assist with ad-hoc finance duties such as collating financial data at month-end, but your core responsibilities will be finance processing, credit control and allocating payments.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be immediately available and have proven experience processing both sales and purchase invoices, reconciling statements as well as collection of outstanding invoices.

What you'll get in return
As explained, this is an ongoing temporary finance job to start ASAP and will be for least 2-weeks+ based within a short bus ride from central Norwich. The role will be full-time 37.5-hours and ideally office-based, but hybrid working will be considered.
