• Provide daily on-site user support, utilizing a ticketing system to manage and track requests.
• Perform remote system monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Install and configure various software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions (e.g., monitors, motherboards).
• Perform computer and hard drive resets.
• Backup and restore user data, settings, and system activities.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and software issues.
• Manage IT inventory.
• Provide support in data center environments.
• Offer basic support for Mac OS.
• Assist with conference room technology setup and troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in hardware, software, and smartphone troubleshooting and configuration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
