Technical Trainer

Technical Trainer, IT Trainer, Training Specialist, Salesforce, Figaro, CLM, Portfolio Management System, Hybrid, London -2/3 days per week

Harris Global are on the lookout for a Technical Trainer to join our Financial Service client on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have strong experience working as a Technical Trainer and ideally have experience training users in Salesforce or an equivalent CLM system.

Candidates who have experience working with Figaro or another Portfolio Management System are highly desirable.

Skills will include:

• Proven previous experience working as a Technical Trainer
• Experience of working in the Financial Services industry
• Experience with Figaro or an equivalent Portfolio management system
• Experience training users on a CLM system such as Salesforce or equivalent
• Experience in designing technical course content
• Strong skills and demonstrable experience in using and supporting Windows and Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset - desirable
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools used for product backlog management - desirable
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking in large group settings
• Demonstrable attention to detail in written communication and work activities.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Able to work within a fast paced environment
• Willing to learn through sharing of information, knowledge and expertise
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
