Technical Support Analyst

Salary - Up to £27k

Harrogate (On site then hybrid)

(core hours 9 - 5pm 9 - 3.30pm, to meet 35 hours per week)

Currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Analyst role based in Harrogate looking for candidates with 2nd line experience or to make progress towards a 2nd line role

What we are looking for:

• Previous IT experience working as a Service Desk Analyst, 1st line or 2nd line support
• Networking knowledge or experience
• Previous experience working towards a SLA
• Strong Communication Skills and ability to work with others
• ITIL Foundation or CCNA (DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL)
