As a Technical Accountant, you'll be instrumental in driving their financial strategy. You'll provide expert advice on complex transactions, oversee international tax compliance, and support strategic initiatives. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring their continued success.

Your new role

• Provide technical accounting guidance on revenue recognition, SaaS licencing, and global expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting standards are upheld.
• Manage international tax compliance and mitigate risks.
• Support strategic deals and optimise operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement robust accounting processes and controls.
• Lead high-impact projects, including audits, mergers, and acquisitions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, international tax, IFRS, US GAAP, and ASC 606.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (preferred).
