Le Team Leader assure l'encadrement opérationnel et managérial de son équipe. Il veille au succès de son équipe à travers son expertise et sa maitrise des processus, son leadership et ses qualités managériales.

Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec son supérieur afin d'atteindre des objectifs SQCDP (Sécurité, Qualité, Coût, Délai, Personnel), permettre leur amélioration, et en être capable de le remplacer en cas d'absence.
