Aufgaben

Technical and disciplinary leadership of a 5-person development team
Coordination and oversight of ongoing projects
Active involvement in the conception, development, and testing of products (electronic design, firmware development in C/C++, prototyping, etc.)
Organization, execution, and documentation of verification and validation processes

Profil

University degree in Medical Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Several years of experience in the development of mechatronic devices, with a focus on firmware and electronics development
Expertise in leading projects in highly regulated environments (e.g., medical technology, automotive industry)
Flexible and proactive personality with an open mindset
Very good English skills, German proficiency is a plus
