Urgent Interim Team Administrator for NHS

Your new role
We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Team Administrator to join our dedicated team at Insert NHS Trust Name . The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our clinical and administrative teams, with a particular emphasis on creating and delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clinical and administrative teams, including managing schedules, booking meeting rooms, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations for team meetings, training sessions, and other events.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, minutes, and other documentation.
  • Support the team with various tasks, such as processing referrals, arranging appointments, and managing phone calls.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather information and feedback for presentations.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting clinical teams.
