They are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant with a background in Psychology to join their supportive school community. This role is perfect for recent graduates eager to gain valuable hands-on experience and work closely with students who need extra support in their learning journey.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students with SEN or SEMH needs.
• Assist the class teacher with classroom management and behaviour strategies.
• Support students in developing their social and emotional skills.
• Engage with students to boost their confidence and create a positive learning environment.
• Gain insight into behaviour management, inclusive teaching practices, and personalised learning.

Teaching Assistant What We re Looking For:

• A degree in Psychology (or related subject).
• A genuine interest in education and working with students who have additional needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A proactive, adaptable attitude and a desire to make a positive impact.
• Interest in a future career in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support.
