Introduction

We are actively working with a great school in the Horsham area who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support them Monday - Friday mornings.

About the role:

• Teaching Assistant for primary school in the Horsham area.
• Teaching Assistant to work in a wonderful primary school to support pupils.
• School experience is not mandatory but experience working with children is desired.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping children who need extra support to complete tasks and access learning within the classroom.
• Supporting teachers in breaking down learning for pupils with SEN needs.
• Assisting children who require additional support to complete tasks.
• Supporting teachers in lesson delivery and managing classroom behavior.
• Supervising group activities and smaller learning groups.
• Preparing the classroom for lessons and maintaining its cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborating with teachers to plan learning activities and carrying out various administrative tasks.
