Key Responsibilities

As a Teacher of Computing, you will:

Deliver engaging and challenging Computer Science lessons up to GCSE level

Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with national standards

Prepare students for GCSE examinations in Computer Science

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of teaching and learning

Inspire students to pursue further education and careers in technology-related fields

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Computer Science teacher who possesses:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

A degree in Computer Science or a related field

Knowledge of the GCSE Computer Science curriculum

Able to teach Computing at secondary level - applications from ECTs or more experienced colleagues both warmly welcomed

Strong programming skills and the ability to teach various programming languages

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for technology and its applications in education
