Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary SEN Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in primary education and experience in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN). Early Career Teachers (ECT) are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant SEN experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN.

Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback.

Requirements:

Strong background in primary teaching.

Previous experience supporting students with SEN is essential.

Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Relevant qualifications in education and SEN support.
