Talent Acquisition

Required for a digital platform for consumer services, a recruiter to join a team identifying and engaging top internal and external talent.

Role:
- Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor for with a continuous pulse on the internal and external candidate hire.

-Work with key stakeholders to build creative strategies around sourcing and attracting diverse talent

- Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed equitably.

- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice

- Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the global Talent Acquisition and HR team

Experience:
- Working as an in-house recruiter with high-volumes in a vibrant environment.
- You enjoy working in a global market, both in terms of attracting candidates but preferably also from a partner management perspective
- You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies
- You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work
- You are a standout colleague and you strive for collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
- You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews whether internal or external, has an outstanding and positive experience
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
