Key Responsibilities:
- Provide systemic family therapy to individuals, families, and groups, addressing complex emotional and relational challenges
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients
- Develop and implement personalized therapeutic interventions, tailoring your approach to each family's unique situation
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and a holistic approach to treatment
- Provide support and guidance to clients, empowering them to make positive changes in their relationships and emotional health
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and reports
- Contribute to the development of therapeutic protocols and best practice guidelines
- Offer supervision and support to junior staff or trainees where applicable
- Promote family therapy as an effective intervention to improve well-being and strengthen family relationships
Key Requirements:
- A professional qualification in Systemic Family Therapy (e.g., MSc or equivalent)
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or equivalent body
