System Support Analyst

CommScope is hiring an experienced System Support Analyst to join our UK infrastructure Engineering team based in our manufacturing facility at Malton, North Yorkshire. Your primary responsibility is to provide front-line support to end-users, addressing their system related issues and inquiries.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

As a System Support Analyst you will engage with the leaders and associates of the business unit in launching new, as well as maintaining existing, projects through the ERP system. A key player in the team, you will implement, deploy & maintain systems and solutions to meet project deadlines. You will work cross-functionally with the local team as well as collaborating with other business units internationally. This position will report directly to the leaders of the Engineering department based in Malton, North Yorkshire.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Degree (preferable but not required), or equivalent, in relevant field.
• Proficient skills in ERP systems, relatable databases & reporting software such as SAP, Excel, Access, PowerBI etc.
• Familiarity with data extraction techniques and strong ability to analyze, accurately assess, and report conclusions.
• Experience with analytical modelling, statistical analysis, optimization, and/or manipulation of large datasets.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate optimally and efficiently with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• Deliver continuous improvements.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Experience of working with an Engineering Change Control process.
• Experience of working with technical documents (bill of materials, drawings etc.)
• Project Management and coordination skills or have worked with Project Management software.
