Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £60k

An exciting opportunity for a Syndicate Systems Analyst to provide first and second-line support across core business applications, including policy administration, exposure management, binder management, and reporting. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing system enhancements, and ensuring data quality while working closely with internal teams and third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for business systems and user queries.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
• Implement system enhancements and manage releases.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, including SOX and ITIL standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system performance and efficiency.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in the insurance industry, 5+ years in application support.
• Experience with insurance systems (eg, Subscribe, Eclipse, Genius, DXC Assure).
• Strong SQL, SSIS, and database management skills.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and ITIL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
