We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic coordinator to join the Supporter Marketing and Public Fundraising (SM&PF) team. This role is uniquely placed to gain experience across Acquisition and Retention fundraising teams, from analysing acquisition web data to creating social media campaigns for Legacy donors, you will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of key processes across the teams within the SM&PF teams. This role is adaptive, varied and an excellent opportunity to develop a diverse range of transferable skills.
Sitting within the Acquisition and Attraction team, you will be working across teams to execute a new Fundraising and Engagement strategy by supporting effective and impactful fundraising campaigns, contributing to an innovative and dynamic workforce whilst managing projects in a timely manner. You will be able to demonstrate strong administrative experience and the ability to handle high volumes of routine processes whilst retaining a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are key to this role, as well as the ability to work constructively and collaboratively with colleagues from different teams. You need to be a team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively to maintain high service level standards and efficiency.
