As a Supporter Income Executive, you will be integral in ensuring that our supporters feel valued and appreciated. This involves providing timely and accurate financial processing, maintaining clear communications, and addressing queries efficiently. Your ability to understand and meet the needs of our supporters will be crucial in fostering long-term relationships and driving our mission forward.

It's an exciting time to be joining our Supporter Engagement and Operations Unit and we are looking for someone with exceptional donation processing skills!

Ideally an individual with experience in processing both offline and online donations through multiple channels from donation forms to online platforms. You will need to be knowledgeable in HMRC Gift Aid regulations and BACS Direct Debit compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role to ensure seamless compliance with both Gift Aid and Direct Debit standards.

This role demands exceptional communication skills and therefore effective interaction with colleagues is crucial for our success. Additionally, strong problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail are essential, as the position involves finding innovative solutions to ensure seamless operations and achieve positive outcomes. You will also have considerable experience using a customer or supporter database system.

To succeed in this role, you will need to enjoy working as part of team, sharing information and helping the department meet their set standards and targets.
