If you are passionate about making a real difference to people's lives and looking to start your career in the care industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We believe in nurturing talent from within, offering extensive training, progression and diploma opportunities available.

Wiltshire Support at Home offers short-term service for hospital discharges and individuals needing support at home, as part of a rapid response. Embrace teamwork while thriving independently and be part of our vision to work with people in the community to live the best life they can!

Successful applicants will receive a welcome payment of £1300 (subject to tax and NI) for your integral role in reducing flow pressure on hospitals. You will receive £650 upon starting and a further £650 upon successful completion of your probation.
