They are now looking for a Support and Integration Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Support and Integration Officer, you will provide high-quality support and guidance to enable the successful resettlement and integration of refugees.
Specifically, you will complete pre-tenancy assessments and develop personalised support plans advising refugees across essential areas including health, housing, finance, education and employment.
You will also support with budgeting, registering with care providers, creating social networks, advocacy, volunteering, training and employment.
Fostering relationships with external organisations, you will advocate on behalf of those you support, create opportunities for partnership working and integration, and manage a designated caseload of tenants, ensuring records are accurate.
Additionally, you will:
- Make internal and external referrals to relevant services
- Organise and attend group trips to local places of interest
- Organise house meetings and visit tenants in their homes and communities
- Use Salesforce CRM to improve case management
About You
To be considered as a Support and Integration Officer, you will need:
- Experience of working with asylum seekers or refugees in a voluntary or paid capacity
- Experience of providing advice, advocacy, and culturally sensitive support
- Experience creating support plans and completing needs assessments
- Experience and knowledge of working with individuals with complex support needs
- An understanding of safeguarding principles in relation to vulnerable adults
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to Equality and Diversity principles
