Supply Chain Specialist | Marketplaces- 12 Months- Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:
* Understand and address account requirements and service needs, ensuring successful partnerships with accounts through cross-functional collaboration.
* Conduct operational calls, orderbook audits, and order writing workshops to influence Partner order writing behavior and maximize supply chain efficiencies.
* Develop, leverage, and streamline best practices across marketplace teams.
* Monitor key KPIs in partnership with Business Analysts, forecast ship goals, and escalate risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
* Provide critical insights to Ship to Plan processes by collaborating closely with internal logistics and commercial teams, as well as external supply chain teams.
* Drive standard reporting to ensure on-time delivery and efficient supply chain flow through order tracking.
* Actively seek and implement process improvements in our way of working.

Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience with Account/Marketplace Partner Management.
* 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain Planning and Operations.
* Experience within Fashion and/or Retail companies.
* Strong communication skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and proactive skills.
* Ability to analyze, influence, and tell stories with data.
* Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Tableau.
