Job Description

KierBAM are a Joint Venture (JV) partnershipbetween Kier and Bam Nuttall. We are currently deliveringthe redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site located inPlymouth and we are seeking an experienced SubAgent.

Location: DevonportDockyard, Plymouth
Contract: Full Time,Permanent, Site Based

What will your responsibilitiesas a Sub Agent be?

Your day to day willinclude:

  • Management ofsubcontractors.
  • Liaising with Babcock Design and projectmanagement.
  • Adopt and promote the use of BIM technologies todeliver the requirements of the project BIM Execution Plan(BEP)
  • Manage,supervise and mentor section, site and assistant engineers toensure high levels of engineering control and generation ofappropriate records
  • Maintain good working relationship with RE staffand supply chain

What we are looking for in a SubAgent?

This role of Sub Agent is great for you,if:

  • Degree, HND in Engineering orequivalent.
  • CSCS / SMSTS.
  • Successful experience and performance atSection Engineer level
