This student positionwill provide support to the Customer Service Team in Brazil in agreat variety oftasks.

Responsibilities include, butare not limited to:

• Contact andrespond inquires of internal and externalclients.
• Support Customer Services group with avariety of projects.
• Analyze, maintain andmonitorreports.

What WeAre Looking For:

• Studyingthe second or third grade of a bachelor's degree in Business,International Trade, International Relations or relatedfield.
• Advanced English required (both spokenand written).
• Proficient with MS Office,especially with Excel
• Ability to prioritizebased on opportunities and effectivelymultitask
• Customer Service and detail-orientedmind set.
• Ability to identify and resolveproblemsproactively
