Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Children's Residential Services Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our residential services, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and effectiveness of residential services.
  • Lead and manage a team of residential managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
