Store Manager bij No Label

Why does everyone always want to be a manager? At No Label you don't manage stuff, you own it. We can find you where the action takes place, no office mentality from an ivory tower but 24/7 on the shop floor.

You're the gatekeeper of customer service, no customer of yours will walk out the door unsatisfied. You are a motivator for others, you drive sales through the roof and customers see you as the face of the No Label success story.

You'll be responsible for:

Making sure the customers receive the best service possible

Manage a team of sales assistants

Monitor store performance, on all aspects

Motivate, lead and guide the team

Oversee store processes run correctly and coming up with improvements where needed

We're looking for someone who is:

Service oriented

Strong communication skills, you can keep up a conversation with anyone

Proven leadership skills or experience

Ability to create and analyze store data

We don't require you to have years of experience or a "passion" for fashion, we just need you to be adaptable and have a thirst for knowledge.
