In this role, you will be at the heart of developing cutting-edge power device concepts for Low Voltage MOSFETs, working closely with TCAD and application experts to define technology targets, features, and integration strategies. With your expertise, you'll spark innovation, drive performance improvements, and be at the forefront of technology development.

Your new tasks include:
  • Developing new power device concepts and give direction on how to improve our product performance while meeting cost and quality targets
  • Working together with TCAD and application experts to define the technology targets, features and integration concept
  • Collaborating with unit process experts to define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap
  • Supporting the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms together with process integration and unit process engineers
  • Exchanging regularly with quality and reliability experts to qualify and release new technologies for production
  • The opportunity for leading technology development projects including constant resource planning, risk management and reporting


You are eager to extend your knowledge and strive to understand the bigger picture. You are open-minded, like to explore new paths and drive innovative solutions. In addition, you are a self-motivated person who strives for performance, quality,
and lasting relationships in our team and with various stakeholders.

Your toolkit for success includes:
  • A university degree (Master, PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Sciences, ideally with a focus on semiconductor device technology
  • 3-5 years of working experience in technology development or process integration (WBG, CMOS), ideally for power applications
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of semiconductor manufacturing, especially front end-of-line process modules, device physics, failure analysis and reliability
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and design of experiments
  • Full English proficiency. German language skills are a plus

Nice to have:

  • Experience with process integration/ high volume production
  • Other expertise supporting innovation or methodology is highly appreciated
  • Project management experience
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
